Green Squad FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tadeu Cosme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Diehl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gonçalo Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Burhanettin Utman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilvan Sanches was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Gilvan Sanches stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rudy Gummow's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 秦梁翀 in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilvan Sanches prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 27 minutes, 秦梁翀 made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Green Squad FC's Gilvan Sanches tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute, Gonçalo Maia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ulisses Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeu Cosme in the 34th minute of play forced Melbourne 007's goalkeeper Thomas Diehl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tadeu Cosme came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Green Squad FC fans jumped to their feet. Gilvan Sanches came out of the goal and Rudy Gummow tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thomas Diehl came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Green Squad FC's Tadeu Cosme. But to his dismay, Tadeu Cosme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When 秦梁翀 fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Melbourne 007's protests and gave 秦梁翀 a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Green Squad FC booed when Melbourne 007 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. 秦梁翀 didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Green Squad FC fully deserved thier win.
