Valdir Gaúcho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valdir Gaúcho made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Titus Belanger sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Titus Belanger got free with Valdir Gaúcho in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes into the match, Nofre Ibarrola had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valdir Gaúcho. Jr Familia Campos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nofre Ibarrola was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0.
