The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute, Lino Budimir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Cléberson Baiano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ivan Katalinić. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Ivan Katalinić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leo Crespo in the 12th minute. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goalkeeper Ivan Katalinić, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Leo Crespo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ivan Katalinić to make any attempt to save it. 19 minutes into the match, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Zachary Parzysz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valdir Gaúcho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ivan Katalinić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Crespo in the 21st minute of play. Leo Crespo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Ivan Katalinić made a huge save. After 26 played minutes Jr Familia Campos FC got a freekick which was hit by Diamantino Branco. 28 minutes into the match, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goal looked a bit too open when Leo Crespo came free, but Ivan Katalinić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Zachary Parzysz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valdir Gaúcho was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The supporters of GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ booed when Jr Familia Campos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kauan Meirelles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lino Budimir struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Valdir Gaúcho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GNK Dinamo Zagreb™. 39 minutes into the match, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goal looked a bit too open when Cléberson Baiano came free, but Ivan Katalinić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Jr Familia Campos FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Douglas Dionísio hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leo Crespo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jr Familia Campos FC were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Naldo Prado took the corner. The corner led Jr Familia Campos FC's Naldo Prado to fire away a dangerous shot which Ivan Katalinić despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Jr Familia Campos FC's Cléberson Baiano in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goalie prevented a goal. Mile Šljivar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Valdir Gaúcho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jr Familia Campos FC's Valdir Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kazimir Vrebac in the 61st minute of play. Mile Šljivar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Valdir Gaúcho made a huge save. Arijan Zlatarević charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arijan Zlatarević the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ivan Katalinić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Crespo, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After a defensive mix-up in GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s zone, Leo Crespo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Katalinić came out of the goal and Leo Crespo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd minute, Kazimir Vrebac got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diamantino Branco during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 76th minute, one of Jr Familia Campos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jr Familia Campos FC. Jr Familia Campos FC:s Valdir Gaúcho showed great skill when he stopped Zachary Parzysz:s penalty. Abel Leme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ivan Katalinić having to make a save. Leo Crespo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ivan Katalinić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Crespo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. With his leg Valdir Gaúcho managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Zachary Parzysz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 88 played minutes Jr Familia Campos FC got a freekick which was hit by Ramón Velloso. Leo Crespo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ivan Katalinić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Katalinić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Crespo in the 96th minute of the match. Jr Familia Campos FC's Valdir Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislav Miškić in the 98th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stanislav Miškić during the 101st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 101st minute, Stanislav Miškić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jr Familia Campos FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
