A collision led to Sabaneta FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Guaberto Paio hit a great ball. In the 27th minute of the match Shen Gang Zhen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kevin Mier skillfully saved the ball. Brun Bucaran kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Marcus-Vinícius Berg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Mier having to interfere. Aki Pego made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Rian Giggs sent off a good shot on target. Marcus-Vinícius Berg scored 0-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kevin Mier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Magen David's Aki Pego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Magen David from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Sabaneta FC booed when Magen David was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giora Hamburg didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Sabaneta FC's Rian Giggs slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aki Pego. That made the score 1-1 after 44 minutes of play. 47 minutes into the match, Magen David's goalkeeper Aki Pego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stanislaw Cempa. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Magen David made a substitution. Mariuss Cernītis replaced Xano Maaholm. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jedaiah Sakhai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Magen David's Jedaiah Sakhai got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Sabaneta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jedaiah Sakhai came free, but Kevin Mier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jedaiah Sakhai came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Magen David fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jedaiah Sakhai couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute Jedaiah Sakhai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Mier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shen Gang Zhen made a great header on Magen David's corner, it was just that Sabaneta FC's Kevin Mier managed to reach the ball for a save. 76 minutes into the game, Sabaneta FC's Yoel Magarinos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kevin Mier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
