Boleslaw Mudry started the match with the kick off. Christer Wästerberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Lirarnas Lag's Alf Enström got control of the ball when Boleslaw Mudry tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lirarnas Lag's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emrys Fry breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Emrys Fry. Christer Wästerberg took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emrys Fry. Emrys Fry dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 22nd minute Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emrys Fry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christer Wästerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Emrys Fry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emrys Fry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille in the 27th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Chester City AFC's Alf Enström threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Huw Howard, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 39 played minutes Lirarnas Lag got a freekick which was hit by Christer Wästerberg. Christer Wästerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Emrys Fry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andras Bryant charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andras Bryant the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Andras Bryant kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Christer Wästerberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christer Wästerberg to make the kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Christer Wästerberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lirarnas Lag's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chester City AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Lirarnas Lag's Christer Wästerberg got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 62nd minute, Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lirarnas Lag fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille in the 66th minute of play forced Chester City AFC's goalkeeper Emrys Fry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emrys Fry came out and tried to block the shot, but Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 67th minute. In the 71st minute, Luo Gang Zhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boleslaw Mudry in the 72nd minute of play forced Lirarnas Lag's goalkeeper Alf Enström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lirarnas Lag's Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 76th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Christer Wästerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emrys Fry having to interfere. Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emrys Fry read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, Christer Wästerberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Emrys Fry was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 95 minutes of play, Lirarnas Lag's Christer Wästerberg made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emrys Fry was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lirarnas Lag eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
