Anzhelo Gerushin came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by El Canalla de Chicago's Joaquim Vilar. But to his dismay, Joaquim Vilar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, ЦСКА's Lyuboslav Popinski got a free kick in the 9th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Joaquim Vilar managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Canalla de Chicago's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquim Vilar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anzhelo Gerushin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, ЦСКА's Ivelin Ananiev got a free kick in the 15th minute. Joaquim Vilar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Anzhelo Gerushin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Claude Mueller came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the El Canalla de Chicago fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claude Mueller couldn't finish the play. When El Canalla de Chicago's Claude Mueller in 21 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Anzhelo Gerushin guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claude Mueller in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anzhelo Gerushin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 22 minutes, Claude Mueller made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. ЦСКА's Anzhelo Gerushin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 29 minutes into the match, El Canalla de Chicago's goalkeeper Wilbur Hyde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Belcho Hlebarov. 30 minutes into the match, ЦСКА's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Vilar came free, but Anzhelo Gerushin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30thth minute of the game Joaquim Vilar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ЦСКА's Anzhelo Gerushin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joaquim Vilar took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anzhelo Gerushin. Anzhelo Gerushin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 35 minutes into the match, ЦСКА's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Vilar came free, but Anzhelo Gerushin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 36 minutes into the game, when Nathan Shannon put in a rough tackle. Belcho Hlebarov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Wilbur Hyde made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquim Vilar in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anzhelo Gerushin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. El Canalla de Chicago were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after ЦСКА's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wilfred Noel took the corner. After a rather tough play, ЦСКА's Dancho Vamporov got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute Wilfred Noel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anzhelo Gerushin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 played minutes El Canalla de Chicago got a freekick which was hit by Carlo Greenberg. The ЦСКА players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. El Canalla de Chicago were winning 0-3.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Belcho Hlebarov to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Dancho Vamporov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilbur Hyde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquim Vilar got free with Anzhelo Gerushin in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wilfred Noel made a great header on El Canalla de Chicago's corner, it was just that ЦСКА's Anzhelo Gerushin managed to reach the ball for a save. With an all-out effort, El Canalla de Chicago's Anzhelo Gerushin threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joaquim Vilar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Andreas Sanchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Joaquim Vilar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anzhelo Gerushin. That made the score 0-5 in the 82 minute of play. El Canalla de Chicago made a substitution. Justin Raines replaced Domingo Lopez. 87 minutes into the match, Belcho Hlebarov notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of El Canalla de Chicago's Wilbur Hyde. Wilbur Hyde was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wilbur Hyde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belcho Hlebarov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
