The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Mannerheim's goal looked a bit too open when Wincent Arbaszewski came free, but Gigi Mantu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 played minutes Heemskerk AC got a freekick which was hit by Wincent Arbaszewski. Wincent Arbaszewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gigi Mantu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Gigi Mantu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wincent Arbaszewski went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Wincent Arbaszewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Heemskerk AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wincent Arbaszewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gigi Mantu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wincent Arbaszewski kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Wincent Arbaszewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gigi Mantu. Mannerheim's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wincent Arbaszewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 32 minutes into the match, Mannerheim's goal looked a bit too open when Wincent Arbaszewski came free, but Gigi Mantu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marko Takala was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 41st minute. Mannerheim's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 43 minutes into the match, Wincent Arbaszewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gigi Mantu. Mannerheim's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wincent Arbaszewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 46th minute, Wincent Arbaszewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Heemskerk AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wincent Arbaszewski to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wincent Arbaszewski got free with Gigi Mantu in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aureliusz Tomiczek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dong Tian Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aureliusz Tomiczek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kullervo Niemivirta's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Wincent Arbaszewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gigi Mantu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wincent Arbaszewski ran back to his position shaking his head. Mateusz Cizeski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gigi Mantu having to interfere. The score was now 0-6. After a defensive mix-up in Mannerheim's zone, Wincent Arbaszewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gigi Mantu came out of the goal and Wincent Arbaszewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Herbert Tepper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Heemskerk AC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Heemskerk AC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
