In the 18th minute Arno Zonneveld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conny Mattsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Arno Zonneveld recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Conny Mattsson. Arno Zonneveld showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 25th minute, Pannekoeken's Arno Zonneveld ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Conny Mattsson. Conny Mattsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 30 minutes into the game, Pannekoeken's Arno Zonneveld nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Conny Mattsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Conny Mattsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arno Zonneveld, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conny Mattsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erwin Heerspink in the 37th minute of play. Stellan Nyman struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Conny Mattsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Pannekoeken's Arno Zonneveld slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Conny Mattsson. That made the score 7-0 after 48 minutes of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arno Zonneveld to strike the kick off in the second half. Ronald Kip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ove Alströmmer in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Myggenäs IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Arno Zonneveld came free, but Conny Mattsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Myggenäs IFK's Conny Mattsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arno Zonneveld in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Sverker Tomasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erwin Heerspink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conny Mattsson having to interfere. 83 minutes into the game, Pannekoeken's Arno Zonneveld nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Myggenäs IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stephan Overmars in the 90th minute of play forced Myggenäs IFK's goalkeeper Conny Mattsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
