In the 7th minute, Gustaw Wicherek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nicolas Sayvion recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers György Kósa in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gigi Mantu saved Mannerheim from getting behind. Gigi Mantu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Herrera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kullervo Niemivirta in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Remigio Cisco saved LegionArgentina from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, György Kósa put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gigi Mantu. After a rather tough play, LegionArgentina's Marcos Herrera got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Gigi Mantu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaw Wicherek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, 宋凡风 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 42 minutes, Albert Jokilahti mouthed his way into the referee's book. LegionArgentina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mannerheim the free kick. A collision led to LegionArgentina getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Generoso Gau's late challenge caught a Mannerheim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When the match had been going on for 66 minutes, Mannerheim's Albert Jokilahti got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Remigio Cisco. If Gustaw Wicherek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the match, Mannerheim's goal looked a bit too open when György Kósa came free, but Gigi Mantu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remigio Cisco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olli-Pekka Paajanen in the 79th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kullervo Niemivirta couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes into the match, Mannerheim's Dong Tian Xing sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Remigio Cisco narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
