He was immediately shown a red card. 10 minutes into the game, one of VfL Wolfsburg:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 18 minutes into the match, Gösta Granberg notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme. Ademar Leme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With his leg Ademar Leme managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when VfL Wolfsburg's Hannes Ström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hannes Ström had several of the Jardim Botânico's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-1 score and a disappointed Ademar Leme as he didn't even see the shot coming. 30 minutes into the match, Gösta Granberg notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme. Ademar Leme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carlos Valderrama kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Granberg in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Gösta Granberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ademar Leme, 7-1. In the 47th minute, Pedro Paulo Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Granberg in the 53rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hannes Ström in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ademar Leme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 56 minutes into the match, Hannes Ström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ademar Leme. Jardim Botânico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hannes Ström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. Gösta Granberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gösta Granberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ademar Leme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Ademar Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hannes Ström, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The supporters of VfL Wolfsburg booed when Jardim Botânico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Paulo Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hannes Ström in the 74th minute of play forced Jardim Botânico's goalkeeper Ademar Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ademar Leme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hannes Ström went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-1 was the resulting score. 79 minutes into the match, Jardim Botânico's goal looked a bit too open when Hannes Ström came free, but Ademar Leme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ademar Leme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hannes Ström in the 80th minute of the match. Ademar Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gösta Granberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Granberg in the 84th minute of play. After 88 minutes, Hannes Ström made it 11-1 with a short kick to the right side. Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gösta Granberg in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ademar Leme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gösta Granberg in the 95th minute of play forced Jardim Botânico's goalkeeper Ademar Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Gösta Granberg notched a goal, 12-1, to the right of Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme. Ademar Leme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. VfL Wolfsburg had played much better football throughout.
