The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Gumisie Rybnik's Ksawery Pilarczyk got a free kick in the 2nd minute. 6 minutes into the game, Gumisie Rybnik's Borys Banach nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ademar Leme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ademar Leme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Borys Banach in the 9th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Edward Sliwinski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ademar Leme quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 11 minutes into the match, Borys Banach had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ademar Leme. Jardim Botânico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Borys Banach was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 14th minute Borys Banach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademar Leme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15thth minute of the game Borys Banach who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ksawery Pilarczyk in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ademar Leme saved Jardim Botânico from getting behind. After some careless play in the Jardim Botânico defense, Borys Banach kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ademar Leme. The Jardim Botânico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ademar Leme should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Ksawery Pilarczyk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ademar Leme was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ksawery Pilarczyk in the 26th minute of play forced Jardim Botânico's goalkeeper Ademar Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Tobiasz Blicharz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gumisie Rybnik fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Ksawery Pilarczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gumisie Rybnik's supporters rose to their feet, but Ksawery Pilarczyk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ademar Leme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ademar Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Banach, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Borys Banach recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ademar Leme. Borys Banach showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. Borys Banach did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-12 to the left of a surprised Ademar Leme 73 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Jardim Botânico's zone, Borys Banach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ademar Leme came out of the goal and Borys Banach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Jardim Botânico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ademar Leme should have stopped the shot. After 87 minutes of play, Gumisie Rybnik's Borys Banach made it 0-15 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ademar Leme was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ademar Leme stood somewhat misplaced when Borys Banach came free in front of goal and shot 0-16 to the left of him in the 90 minute. The Gumisie Rybnik fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Gumisie Rybnik's Borys Banach looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-17 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the final whistle sounded Gumisie Rybnik left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Jardim Botânico.
