A wasted opportunity for Guará FC. 26 minutes into the match, Wataha Zielona Góra's goalkeeper 钱沙志 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiago Gabriel Vieira. A collision led to Wataha Zielona Góra getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Artur Debkowski hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 82nd minute of the match, Franciszek Gregorczyk tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jânio Furlan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 85 minutes into the match, Wataha Zielona Góra's Krzysztof Warzycha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jânio Furlan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erlingur Haaland couldn't finish the play. Guará FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
