Január Csillag sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gyál United were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Asarum's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ignác Mayer took the corner. Gyál United's Walmir Breckenfeld was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Seppe Dobbeleir in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 18th minute, one of Asarum:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Asarum. Walmir Breckenfeld might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Seppe Dobbeleir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Walmir Breckenfeld ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute Walmir Breckenfeld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seppe Dobbeleir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Asarum's Seppe Dobbeleir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Január Csillag in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 minutes Asarum's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ignác Mayer who took care of the corner kick. In the 41st minute, Walmir Breckenfeld made a precise shot to the right of Seppe Dobbeleir. Asarum's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 43 minutes into the game, Elliott Bergfelt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Asarum's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gyál United the free kick. Január Csillag scored 0-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Seppe Dobbeleir, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Walmir Breckenfeld to strike the kick off in the second half. Asarum's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Walmir Breckenfeld scored to the left of an out of position Seppe Dobbeleir, making the score, 0-3. Seppe Dobbeleir was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Január Csillag capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Január Csillag really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. 62 minutes into the match, Gyál United's goal looked a bit too open when 龙文轩 came free, but Gyula Grosics reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walmir Breckenfeld blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Seppe Dobbeleir having to make a save. With a little luck, Asarum's Seppe Dobbeleir got control of the ball when Walmir Breckenfeld tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Gyál United booed when Asarum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. 汪彬夕 didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walmir Breckenfeld in the 69th minute of play forced Asarum's goalkeeper Seppe Dobbeleir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Gyál United booed when Asarum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pär Bergström didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Gyál United's Ignác Mayer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Seppe Dobbeleir narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Seppe Dobbeleir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Január Csillag, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walmir Breckenfeld blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Seppe Dobbeleir having to make a save. Walmir Breckenfeld could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Seppe Dobbeleir made a huge save. 84 minutes into the game, Gyál United's Január Csillag nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Seppe Dobbeleir made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Seppe Dobbeleir stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Walmir Breckenfeld's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Elliott Bergfelt in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Gyál United's Ignác Mayer. When Walmir Breckenfeld came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Gyál United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walmir Breckenfeld couldn't finish the play. Seppe Dobbeleir made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Walmir Breckenfeld sent off a good shot on target. Walmir Breckenfeld recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Asarum fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gyál United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
