But to his dismay, Songurbey Şahsuvar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 9 minutes into the game, Edin Džeko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kenneth van der Leegte. Edin Džeko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnold van Herwijnen in the 12th minute of play forced Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Amadeo Rufo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edin Džeko took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kenneth van der Leegte. Kenneth van der Leegte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Oude Kamphuis in the 17th minute of play forced Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Amadeo Rufo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SV Wissenkerke's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Songurbey Şahsuvar scored to the left of an out of position Kenneth van der Leegte, making the score, 6-0. Ralph Cramer kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leendert Looze was slow to take the kick. During this time SV Wissenkerke's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Leendert Looze got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Amadeo Rufo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kenneth van der Leegte stood somewhat misplaced when Edin Džeko came free in front of goal and shot 7-0 to the left of him in the 32 minute. After 36 minutes of play, Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Guilherme Peres made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kenneth van der Leegte was left in no man's land by his defense there! Guilherme Peres took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kenneth van der Leegte. SV Wissenkerke's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, SV Wissenkerke's Philip Zevenhuizen got a free kick in the 41st minute. SV Wissenkerke's Kenneth van der Leegte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save SV Wissenkerke from getting a goal against them. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnold van Herwijnen to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, SV Wissenkerke's goal looked a bit too open when Régis Mello came free, but Kenneth van der Leegte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Diguinho Saraiva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal.
