The crowd rose to their feet as El Gallo de Moron's Luisinho Laguna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kenneth van der Leegte. That made the score 2-0 after 12 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luisinho Laguna got free with Kenneth van der Leegte in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute, El Gallo de Moron's Vanja Džaferović ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kenneth van der Leegte. Kenneth van der Leegte yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 28th minute, Luisinho Laguna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Gallo de Moron fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Teofilo Garrote struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Kenneth van der Leegte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Gallo de Moron. Kenneth van der Leegte made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Luisinho Laguna sent off a good shot on target. 47 minutes into the game, Marco Hofland threw the ball into play from the sideline. El Gallo de Moron's Teofilo Garrote quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hette van Dijk to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, El Gallo de Moron's Luisinho Laguna made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kenneth van der Leegte was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teofilo Garrote received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Kenneth van der Leegte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kenneth van der Leegte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luisinho Laguna went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. In the 61st minute, Luisinho Laguna made a precise shot to the right of Kenneth van der Leegte. SV Wissenkerke's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frits van Loo during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 64 played minutes SV Wissenkerke got a freekick which was hit by Frits van Loo. In the 65th minute of the match Gilberto Ihazintu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kenneth van der Leegte showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Luisinho Laguna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Kenneth van der Leegte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 70th minute Luisinho Laguna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth van der Leegte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teofilo Garrote sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76th minute, Luisinho Laguna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kenneth van der Leegte was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. In the 78th minute, Marco Hofland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The El Gallo de Moron fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when El Gallo de Moron's Luisinho Laguna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 12-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 84 minutes into the match, El Gallo de Moron's goal looked a bit too open when Stef Mol came free, but Nacho Gonzalez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, SV Wissenkerke's Marco Hofland got a free kick in the 94th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. El Gallo de Moron had played much better football throughout.
