In the 11thth minute of the game Damaso Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Copiad's Maximilian Wallin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Damaso Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Congo Bongo's supporters rose to their feet, but Damaso Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximilian Wallin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to FC Copiad getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Karl-Axel Nyberg hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 20th minute by Damaso Sancho got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 25thth minute of the game Damaso Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Copiad's Maximilian Wallin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Damaso Sancho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Maximilian Wallin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 29th minute, Kaj-Åke Kaká left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Congo Bongo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Kaj-Åke Kaká fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximilian Wallin having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Damaso Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Congo Bongo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. If Damaso Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximilian Wallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Sancho in the 45th minute of play. The supporters of Congo Bongo booed when FC Copiad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Dalkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ingvar Dalkvist made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Sancho in the 51st minute of play forced FC Copiad's goalkeeper Maximilian Wallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximilian Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brian Abrahamsson charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brian Abrahamsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 54 played minutes FC Copiad got a freekick which was hit by Brian Abrahamsson. In the 55th minute Damaso Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximilian Wallin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Máté Márton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Vibjörnsson in the 57th minute of the match. Maximilian Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Austin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damaso Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damaso Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Maximilian Wallin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brian Abrahamsson hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. FC Copiad's Maximilian Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Sancho in the 66th minute of play. Maximilian Wallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaj-Åke Kaká, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 71 minutes into the match, FC Copiad's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Sancho came free, but Maximilian Wallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Damaso Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Maximilian Wallin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The throw-in from Brian Abrahamsson in the 77th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Congo Bongo's Andrew Specht. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Copiad's goalkeeper Maximilian Wallin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Damaso Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85thth minute of the game Damaso Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Copiad's Maximilian Wallin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Copiad's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Franz Beckenbauer was slow to take the kick. During this time Congo Bongo's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Congo Bongo getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Damaso Sancho hit a great ball. Damaso Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damaso Sancho in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximilian Wallin saved FC Copiad from getting behind. Damaso Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Maximilian Wallin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Congo Bongo's Máté Márton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Congo Bongo from getting a goal against them.
