The supporters of Minerul Baita -MM- booed when SlaYerS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zhuang Qian Yun didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Maksymilian Orszak managed to get in a good position for a shot. SlaYerS's supporters rose to their feet, but Maksymilian Orszak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nistor Maghiar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 7 played minutes SlaYerS got a freekick which was hit by Zachary Chojnacki. Ciprian Alexe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Panait Vâtcu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dudu Georgescu in the 13th minute of play forced SlaYerS's goalkeeper Panait Vâtcu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Nistor Maghiar managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when SlaYerS's Julian Saturnin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Minerul Baita -MM- fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Minerul Baita -MM-'s Dudu Georgescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Panait Vâtcu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dudu Georgescu's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Saturnin in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, SlaYerS's Herbert Sedzikowski got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 31 minutes, Octav Albescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Minerul Baita -MM- and the SlaYerS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Panait Vâtcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dudu Georgescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute of the match Minerul Baita -MM- got a corner. SlaYerS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dudu Georgescu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Octav Albescu was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 44 minutes into the match, SlaYerS's goal looked a bit too open when Ciprian Alexe came free, but Panait Vâtcu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niculae Şantău's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Panait Vâtcu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The supporters of SlaYerS booed when Minerul Baita -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Varela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Panait Vâtcu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciprian Alexe in the 51st minute.
