The SlaYerS fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when SlaYerS's Julian Saturnin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jarrett Rosenberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stefan Komornicki's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Stefan Komornicki put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jarrett Rosenberg. Federico Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panait Vâtcu having to interfere. Cosmos Soccer Club's Harvey Flynn quite brazenly broke a throw-in by King Messi, made in the 21st minute of the game. Grant McKay kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Jarrett Rosenberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Saturnin in the 38th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Julian Saturnin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarrett Rosenberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cosmos Soccer Club's Jarrett Rosenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Saturnin in the 40th minute of play. Jarrett Rosenberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Saturnin's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. After the first half SlaYerS were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Julian Saturnin scored 0-3 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jarrett Rosenberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Panait Vâtcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Fontenot, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Cosmos Soccer Club's Jarrett Rosenberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Cosmos Soccer Club from getting a goal against them. Julian Saturnin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachary Chojnacki in the 68th minute of play forced Cosmos Soccer Club's goalkeeper Jarrett Rosenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Jarrett Rosenberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 81 minutes, Patrick Fontenot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cosmos Soccer Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrick Fontenot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Cosmos Soccer Club's Federico Maia got a free kick in the 85th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Saturnin in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarrett Rosenberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SlaYerS played a much better game than Cosmos Soccer Club and deserved their victory. The Cosmos Soccer Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
