Nicolas Joey was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arne Söderqwist made in the 11th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Barry Charles immediately put the ball in play. Xesc Labarra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xesc Labarra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Nicolas Joey when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xesc Labarra in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolas Joey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Xesc Labarra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicolas Joey was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. The supporters of FC ARK CS booed when Chacarita Futsal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charly Fernández didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 44 minutes, Xesc Labarra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chacarita Futsal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xesc Labarra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC ARK CS's zone, Xesc Labarra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolas Joey came out of the goal and Xesc Labarra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xesc Labarra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute of the match, Edgar Lang tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Miguel Ángel Santoro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Esteve Pero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 59 minutes into the match, FC ARK CS's goal looked a bit too open when Xesc Labarra came free, but Nicolas Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chacarita Futsal's Charly Fernández got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arne Söderqwist didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Chacarita Futsal's Xesc Labarra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicolas Joey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Chacarita Futsal were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC ARK CS for a fine match.
