After a defensive mix-up in Real Chelsea's zone, Oliver Giroud stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wei Bing Ran came out of the goal and Oliver Giroud tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Xu Zheng Zhou managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Real Chelsea's Gus Weir fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 30th minute of the match Real Chelsea got a corner. COLLEGNO F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Herbert Blomkvist ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 32nd minute Haroldo Erruki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wei Bing Ran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Gus Weir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Chelsea's supporters rose to their feet, but Gus Weir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xu Zheng Zhou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stu Bullock's late challenge caught a COLLEGNO F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gus Weir was the one to do the kick off. Real Chelsea's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
