Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 16 played minutes Terapia Intensiva got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Beila. Mattias Cartwright could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Otoniel Bonet made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mattias Cartwright in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Otoniel Bonet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Fernanco in the 25th minute of play forced The White Rovers's goalkeeper Francis Gurney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francis Gurney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivo Calado, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivo Calado in the 31st minute of play forced The White Rovers's goalkeeper Francis Gurney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Terapia Intensiva's Ivo Calado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Francis Gurney made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Francis Gurney was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 61st minute, Terapia Intensiva's Ivo Calado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Francis Gurney. Francis Gurney yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. In the 72nd minute, Tobias Truylos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francis Gurney was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 75 minutes into the match, The White Rovers's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Truylos came free, but Francis Gurney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francis Gurney made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobias Truylos in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute, Lorenzo Fernanco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute, Ivo Calado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Terapia Intensiva's Ivo Calado got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tobias Truylos scored 0-6 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Francis Gurney, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
