Westra Aros SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nereo Rik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ismael Jenaro was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute Gökberk Özgenc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chris Draxl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nereo Rik got free with Egon Olsson in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Egon Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim-Florian Ramusch in the 62nd minute of play. After 64 played minutes Westra Aros SK got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Arnuero. The crowd rose to their feet as SK Fenerbahce Wien's Brecht Govaerts slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Egon Olsson. That made the score 0-4 after 66 minutes of play. Gökberk Özgenc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Gökberk Özgenc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Westra Aros SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Gökberk Özgenc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chris Draxl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
