Miro Rohrer made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Ramiro Oroitz sent off a good shot on target. Espínola Cabañero's late challenge caught a Club Sports Pergamino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Espínola Cabañero helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Aguirres's Espínola Cabañero got a free kick in the 13th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Ramiro Oroitz could shoot a difficult shot in the 14th minute, which Miro Rohrer however easily saved by the left post. When Espínola Cabañero was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 15 minutes had been played. Aguirres's Miro Rohrer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Aguirres from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Aguirres getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Apolo Paez hit a great ball. Aguirres's Miro Rohrer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Aguirres from getting a goal against them. After 34 played minutes Club Sports Pergamino got a freekick which was hit by Fan Jing Sang. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Oroitz in the 41st minute of play forced Aguirres's goalkeeper Miro Rohrer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Afonso Viveiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Aguirres's goalkeeper Miro Rohrer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramiro Oroitz. In the 45thth minute of the game Zheng Jian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aguirres's Miro Rohrer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Miro Rohrer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zheng Jian's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Apolo Paez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Miro Rohrer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonin Leroyer, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antonin Leroyer in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miro Rohrer saved Aguirres from getting behind. After 88 minutes, Apolo Paez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aguirres and the Club Sports Pergamino players grew even worse after the yellow card.
