An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Rik in the 9th minute of play forced CaPLooNBa's goalkeeper Bahadır Tuncel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When SK Fenerbahce Wien's Nereo Rik in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CaPLooNBa's goalie prevented a goal. Bahadır Tuncel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brecht Govaerts in the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, CaPLooNBa's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Rik came free, but Bahadır Tuncel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute SK Fenerbahce Wien were awarded a corner. Vasyl Gladiy went to the cornerflag to take it. Vasyl Gladiy made in the 25th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by CaPLooNBa's Baha Kutsoy. Murat Selim Baturalp charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Murat Selim Baturalp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CaPLooNBa getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Murat Selim Baturalp hit a great ball. Bahadır Tuncel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nereo Rik went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brecht Govaerts in the 30th minute of play forced CaPLooNBa's goalkeeper Bahadır Tuncel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Nereo Rik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bahadır Tuncel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bahadır Tuncel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nereo Rik's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. 40 minutes in the game Ertunc Bahadir did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Baha Kutsoy. 42 minutes into the match, SK Fenerbahce Wien's goalkeeper Chris Draxl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Çağatay Saatçioğlu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Rik in the 44th minute of play forced CaPLooNBa's goalkeeper Bahadır Tuncel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Nereo Rik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bahadır Tuncel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. CaPLooNBa's Bahadır Tuncel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save CaPLooNBa from getting a goal against them. In the 64th match minute, SK Fenerbahce Wien was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Illescas to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to SK Fenerbahce Wien getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ernesto Illescas hit a great ball. If Çağatay Saatçioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, CaPLooNBa's Ertunc Bahadir got a free kick in the 69th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernesto Illescas during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ernesto Illescas hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Murat Selim Baturalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ixaka Boher's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bahadır Tuncel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, SK Fenerbahce Wien's goal looked a bit too open when Çağatay Saatçioğlu came free, but Chris Draxl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SK Fenerbahce Wien's Chris Draxl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Çağatay Saatçioğlu in the 84th minute of play. Ernesto Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Ixaka Boher made a precise shot to the right of Bahadır Tuncel. CaPLooNBa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3.
