The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ivan Västlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zheng Jian in the 2nd minute of play. Gökberk Özgenc who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Lia Vela when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gökberk Özgenc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Lia Vela made a huge save. Gökberk Özgenc's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Lia Vela skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Westra Aros SK getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Sonny Bäckström hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Héctor-Horacio Scotta in the 12th minute of play forced Westra Aros SK's goalkeeper Ivan Västlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Westra Aros SK's goal looked a bit too open when Héctor-Horacio Scotta came free, but Ivan Västlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gökberk Özgenc might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lia Vela. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gökberk Özgenc ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Club Sports Pergamino's Lia Vela got control of the ball when Gökberk Özgenc tried to sneak it across the goal line. Héctor-Horacio Scotta scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan Västlund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 26 minutes into the match, Zheng Jian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivan Västlund. Westra Aros SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zheng Jian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After 29 minutes of play, Club Sports Pergamino's Zheng Jian made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Västlund was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 34th minute, Stig Waller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivan Västlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Garci in the 40th minute of the match. With a little luck, Club Sports Pergamino's Lia Vela got control of the ball when Gökberk Özgenc tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ivan Västlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Oroitz in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roberto Baggio made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zheng Jian in the 52nd minute of play forced Westra Aros SK's goalkeeper Ivan Västlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gökberk Özgenc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lia Vela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökberk Özgenc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 56 minutes of play, Club Sports Pergamino's Zheng Jian made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Västlund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Westra Aros SK's Jörn Hylander quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Emilio Telesforo, made in the 61st minute of the game. Gökberk Özgenc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Club Sports Pergamino's goal looked a bit too open when Gökberk Özgenc came free, but Lia Vela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Westra Aros SK's Gökberk Özgenc nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lia Vela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Club Sports Pergamino made a substitution. Antonin Leroyer replaced Ramiro Oroitz. Emilio Telesforo's late challenge caught a Westra Aros SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emilio Telesforo helped the player get up and apologised. Emilio Telesforo hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Westra Aros SK's Sonny Bäckström got a free kick in the 85th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Westra Aros SK's goal looked a bit too open when Zheng Jian came free, but Ivan Västlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute Héctor-Horacio Scotta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Västlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Héctor-Horacio Scotta made a precise shot to the right of Ivan Västlund. Westra Aros SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. When the final whistle sounded Club Sports Pergamino left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Westra Aros SK.
