After a rather tough play, Team Xtra personell's Morgan Martinsson got a free kick in the 4th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Kurt Hamrin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skövde AIK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kurt Hamrin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ludwig Fransson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 9 minutes into the game, Kurt Hamrin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ludwig Fransson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ludwig Fransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Keegan, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After some careless play in the Team Xtra personell defense, Kevin Keegan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ludwig Fransson. The Team Xtra personell fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ludwig Fransson should have stopped the shot. Team Xtra personell's Ludwig Fransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chen Ao Fan in the 34th minute of play. The supporters of Team Xtra personell booed when Skövde AIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hjalmar Hägert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nils Eklund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Olov Wahlnäs made a huge save. Kevin Keegan might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ludwig Fransson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nils Eklund made a kick off. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 86 played minutes Team Xtra personell got a freekick which was hit by Kent Berggren. In the 89th minute Nils Eklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Wahlnäs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Eklund in the 96th minute of play forced Skövde AIK's goalkeeper Olov Wahlnäs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96thth minute of the game Nils Eklund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skövde AIK's Olov Wahlnäs was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Skövde AIK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
