With 36 minutes on the clock, Epifanio Cristos commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Resurrección Diabólica Ψ! The goalkeeper, Marcos Xabel, was totally fooled by Ψ virgen Ψ's Jonas Birila, who 38 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 40 minutes into the match, Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Diaz came free, but Marcos Xabel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Marcos Xabel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Diaz in the 41st minute of play. If Venancio Uhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 67th minute of the match Resurrección Diabólica Ψ got a corner. Ψ virgen Ψ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Venancio Uhin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Filiberto Etxahun made a great header on Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's corner, it was just that Ψ virgen Ψ's Jonas Paskal managed to reach the ball for a save. After a defensive mix-up in Ψ virgen Ψ's zone, Venancio Uhin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Paskal came out of the goal and Venancio Uhin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Resurrección Diabólica Ψ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ψ virgen Ψ.
