Wonderkids's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vince Easton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Didi Dionísio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vince Easton went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vince Easton in the 15th minute of play forced Wonderkids's goalkeeper Didi Dionísio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. LA DEL MONO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rigoberto Cordareo in the 21st minute. LA DEL MONO's Rigoberto Cordareo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Didi Dionísio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in LA DEL MONO's zone, 罗挺树 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Betadur came out of the goal and 罗挺树 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 24 played minutes Wonderkids got a freekick which was hit by Normando Patrício. When LA DEL MONO's Vince Easton in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wonderkids's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Vince Easton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Didi Dionísio was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. LA DEL MONO's Fabio Betadur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save LA DEL MONO from getting a goal against them. When Vince Easton came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the LA DEL MONO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vince Easton couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 罗挺树 in the 33rd minute of play forced LA DEL MONO's goalkeeper Fabio Betadur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Didi Dionísio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vince Easton in the 37th minute of play. Vince Easton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half LA DEL MONO were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 罗挺树 made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Vince Easton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LA DEL MONO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vince Easton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that 罗挺树's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Betadur was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. In the 57th minute Claudiu Arjoca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Betadur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vince Easton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Didi Dionísio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabio Betadur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Normando Patrício in the 72nd minute of the match. Vince Easton received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Didi Dionísio came out and tried to block the shot, but Vince Easton slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 76th minute. LA DEL MONO's Layne Saron was substituted for Esteban Criston. Betinho Falcão struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Didi Dionísio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LA DEL MONO. Wonderkids's Didi Dionísio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betinho Falcão in the 84th minute of play. In the 88th match minute, LA DEL MONO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edelmiro Paskal to maneuver through the defense. Fabio Betadur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erkand Ziberi in the 90th minute of the match. Didi Dionísio came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by LA DEL MONO's Betinho Falcão. But to his dismay, Betinho Falcão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The Wonderkids supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching LA DEL MONO's performance. The match ended with a win for LA DEL MONO.
