In the 3rdth minute of the game Jerzy Werra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LA DEL MONO's Fabio Betadur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind LA DEL MONO's goalkeeper Fabio Betadur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 7th minute Botvik FC were awarded a corner. Antti Kokkonen went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Sylvesteri Virtanen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LA DEL MONO's Fabio Betadur did a great save. Hussein Bellido charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hussein Bellido the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in LA DEL MONO fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 19 minutes, Botvik FC's 鲁崇铮 got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fabio Betadur. Botvik FC's Heikki Räsänen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vince Easton in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match, 鲁崇铮 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fabio Betadur saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jerzy Werra's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Fabio Betadur skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 37 minutes into the match, Botvik FC's Sylvesteri Virtanen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabio Betadur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fabio Betadur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 鲁崇铮 in the 42nd minute of the match. After 42 minutes, Octavio Ospetsu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LA DEL MONO and the Botvik FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Botvik FC booed when LA DEL MONO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavio Ospetsu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Vince Easton made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Vince Easton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LA DEL MONO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 57 minutes into the match, Botvik FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vince Easton came free, but Heikki Räsänen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute LA DEL MONO were awarded a corner. Rigoberto Cordareo went to the cornerflag to take it. Rigoberto Cordareo made a great header on LA DEL MONO's corner, it was just that Botvik FC's Heikki Räsänen managed to reach the ball for a save. Vince Easton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Heikki Räsänen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Vince Easton made a precise shot to the right of Heikki Räsänen. Botvik FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. If Vince Easton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Botvik FC's Jerzy Werra got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabio Betadur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerzy Werra in the 73rd minute of play. After some careless play in the LA DEL MONO defense, Sylvesteri Virtanen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Betadur. The LA DEL MONO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Betadur should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd minute, 鲁崇铮 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, LA DEL MONO's Betinho Falcão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Heikki Räsänen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The LA DEL MONO supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing LA DEL MONO would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
