Spectators: 7631 (Terracing: 5724, Seating: 1755, VIP seats: 152) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ian York kicked off to start the match. If Gerardo Jobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trev Cahill made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Antti Kokkonen sent off a good shot on target. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by River Thames FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antti Kokkonen was slow to take the kick. During this time Botvik FC's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Sylvesteri Virtanen heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Trev Cahill came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Botvik FC's 鲁崇铮. But to his dismay, 鲁崇铮 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 13th minute, 鲁崇铮 made a precise shot to the right of Trev Cahill. River Thames FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 16th minute Sylvesteri Virtanen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trev Cahill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerardo Jobo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Trev Cahill made a huge save. 鲁崇铮 struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Trev Cahill didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Botvik FC. Trev Cahill made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerzy Werra in the 23rd minute. River Thames FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Jerzy Werra scored to the left of an out of position Trev Cahill, making the score, 3-0. Gerardo Jobo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trev Cahill having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerzy Werra got free with Trev Cahill in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, River Thames FC's Trev Cahill got control of the ball when Jerzy Werra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sylvesteri Virtanen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trev Cahill having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Ruperto Tano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute of the match, Antti Kokkonen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Trev Cahill saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A hard shot 39 in the game by Jerzy Werra from a close distance when the talented Trev Cahill managed to make a qualified save. River Thames FC's players were relieved. Trev Cahill showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antti Kokkonen in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Loyd Harrington shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heikki Räsänen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerzy Werra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, 鲁崇铮 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Trev Cahill, 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

River Thames FC's Trev Cahill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 鲁崇铮 in the 51st minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of River Thames FC's goalie and right to Sylvesteri Virtanen. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. River Thames FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience was convinced that 鲁崇铮's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Trev Cahill was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by River Thames FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antti Kokkonen was slow to take the kick. During this time Botvik FC's players had a chance to rest. Botvik FC's Antti Kokkonen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Trev Cahill in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 62nd minute Pablo-Enrique Cabañas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trev Cahill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute Gerardo Jobo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trev Cahill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, River Thames FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jerzy Werra came free, but Trev Cahill reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trev Cahill showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Jobo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Trev Cahill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerzy Werra in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Werra in the 80th minute of play forced River Thames FC's goalkeeper Trev Cahill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Jerzy Werra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Trev Cahill was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. In the 81st minute, Gerardo Jobo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Trev Cahill was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. After 88 minutes of play, Botvik FC's 鲁崇铮 made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Trev Cahill was left in no man's land by his defense there! Trev Cahill showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerzy Werra in the 91st minute of the match. Trev Cahill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sylvesteri Virtanen in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Jerzy Werra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Botvik FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave River Thames FC the free kick. When the referee ended the match the Botvik FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
