But to his dismay, Islam Slimani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mauro's Zeng Di Ang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoil Soltero in the 6th minute of play. Nicola Zalewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Villegas Villagarcia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Tymoteusz Mikulski got a throw-in 11 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Teofil Bara. Zeng Di Ang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoil Soltero, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. YerBaTerOs's Villegas Villagarcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Kinic in the 21st minute of play. Zeng Di Ang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zoil Soltero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zoil Soltero might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zeng Di Ang. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zoil Soltero ran back to his position shaking his head. Zeng Di Ang didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zoil Soltero went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 32nd minute Zoil Soltero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeng Di Ang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zoil Soltero got free with Zeng Di Ang in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Villegas Villagarcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicola Zalewski in the 38th minute of the match. Zeng Di Ang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zoil Soltero in the 42nd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

YerBaTerOs made a substitution. Andres Anguciana replaced Intriago Viles. YerBaTerOs's Lucio Bruna was substituted for Héctor Gordon. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andres Anguciana was the one to do the kick off.
