Spectators: 7642 (Terracing: 5733, Seating: 1757, VIP seats: 152) Arévalo Miñaca started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The Geležinis Vilkas fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Geležinis Vilkas's Arévalo Miñaca looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Arévalo Miñaca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hudson Arósio having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Santo Amaro AC's goalkeeper Hudson Arósio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saulius Grapskis. After a defensive mix-up in Santo Amaro AC's zone, Arévalo Miñaca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hudson Arósio came out of the goal and Arévalo Miñaca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Arévalo Miñaca came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Geležinis Vilkas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arévalo Miñaca couldn't finish the play. In the 26th minute, Arévalo Miñaca made a precise shot to the right of Hudson Arósio. Santo Amaro AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Arévalo Miñaca might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hudson Arósio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arévalo Miñaca ran back to his position shaking his head. Hudson Arósio made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Arévalo Miñaca sent off a good shot on target. Hudson Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arévalo Miñaca in the 31st minute of play. Arévalo Miñaca took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hudson Arósio. Hudson Arósio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 37thth minute of the game Arévalo Miñaca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santo Amaro AC's Hudson Arósio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arévalo Miñaca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hudson Arósio was a little too slow when Arévalo Miñaca got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 5-0. 46 minutes into the game, Cipriano Hermes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Santo Amaro AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Geležinis Vilkas the free kick. Cipriano Hermes kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Arévalo Miñaca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hudson Arósio having to make a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cipriano Hermes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Santo Amaro AC's goal looked a bit too open when Arévalo Miñaca came free, but Hudson Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the game, Geležinis Vilkas's Arévalo Miñaca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hudson Arósio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Hudson Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arévalo Miñaca, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute Arévalo Miñaca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hudson Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute Arévalo Miñaca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hudson Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hudson Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arévalo Miñaca in the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Arévalo Miñaca notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Santo Amaro AC's Hudson Arósio. Hudson Arósio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Santo Amaro AC made a substitution. Leonel Arósio replaced Wincent Pawlik. The supporters of Geležinis Vilkas booed when Santo Amaro AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raí Bezerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hudson Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arévalo Miñaca, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Arósio in the 89th minute of play forced Geležinis Vilkas's goalkeeper Arne Rusterholz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Geležinis Vilkas's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Arósio came free, but Arne Rusterholz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 minutes Geležinis Vilkas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cipriano Hermes who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Cipriano Hermes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arne Rusterholz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Leonel Arósio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 92nd minute. Santo Amaro AC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, Santo Amaro AC's Zé Roberto Machado got a free kick in the 94th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Geležinis Vilkas had won after a very even match.
