A collision led to Geležinis Vilkas getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Arévalo Miñaca hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the game, Qjos MiLLano's 顾竞骏 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arne Rusterholz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Fabiano Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arévalo Miñaca in the 14th minute of the match. With a little luck, Geležinis Vilkas's Arne Rusterholz got control of the ball when Felipe van Basten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabiano Saldanha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arévalo Miñaca's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. If Arévalo Miñaca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 37th minute Arévalo Miñaca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Saldanha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arévalo Miñaca in the 39th minute of play forced Qjos MiLLano's goalkeeper Fabiano Saldanha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Geležinis Vilkas's Arne Rusterholz got control of the ball when Felipe van Basten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felipe van Basten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Arne Rusterholz made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felipe van Basten was the one to do the kick off. Fabiano Saldanha came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Geležinis Vilkas's Arévalo Miñaca. But to his dismay, Arévalo Miñaca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Murdock Sinden kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. A hard shot by Eitautas Ivoška from long distance, 55 minutes into the match, got Fabiano Saldanha's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Murdock Sinden kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Qjos MiLLano's 孙真星 was substituted for 顾竞骏. In the 57th match minute, Qjos MiLLano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murdock Sinden to maneuver through the defense. If Arévalo Miñaca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fabiano Saldanha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arévalo Miñaca, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 63 minutes of play, Geležinis Vilkas's Arévalo Miñaca made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabiano Saldanha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabiano Saldanha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arévalo Miñaca in the 68th minute. In the 72nd minute, Arévalo Miñaca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Geležinis Vilkas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 76 minutes into the match, Arévalo Miñaca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabiano Saldanha. Qjos MiLLano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arévalo Miñaca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Arévalo Miñaca scored 1-5 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabiano Saldanha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd minute, Arévalo Miñaca fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 84th match minute, Qjos MiLLano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murdock Sinden to maneuver through the defense. Murdock Sinden hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Felipe van Basten hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Arévalo Miñaca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabiano Saldanha having to make a save. 92 minutes into the match, Geležinis Vilkas's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe van Basten came free, but Arne Rusterholz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
