The crowd rose to their feet as Arévalo Miñaca kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mansour Buffon. That made the score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. In the 20th minute Rolando Arenas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Rusterholz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Arévalo Miñaca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 23 minutes into the match, Juventus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arévalo Miñaca came free, but Mansour Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mansour Buffon came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Geležinis Vilkas's Arévalo Miñaca. But to his dismay, Arévalo Miñaca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 32nd minute Sabino Marrero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Rusterholz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arne Rusterholz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabino Marrero, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Arne Rusterholz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabino Marrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48th minute, Lucas Cainzos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sabino Marrero to make the kick off. Anko Arias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Arne Rusterholz made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Anko Arias kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arne Rusterholz. That made the score 4-1 in the 54 minute of play. Arne Rusterholz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabino Marrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60th play minutes Arévalo Miñaca shot 5-1, a short shot which went by Mansour Buffon and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 65th minute, Arévalo Miñaca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mansour Buffon was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabino Marrero in the 68th minute of play forced Geležinis Vilkas's goalkeeper Arne Rusterholz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geležinis Vilkas's Arévalo Miñaca got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arne Rusterholz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabino Marrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arévalo Miñaca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mansour Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arévalo Miñaca, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Geležinis Vilkas's Ferrer Acha managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lucas Cainzos in the 80 minute of the game. Geležinis Vilkas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eitautas Ivoška in the 82nd minute. The corner led Geležinis Vilkas's Eitautas Ivoška to fire away a dangerous shot which Mansour Buffon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Juventus FC booed when Geležinis Vilkas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Svetlozar Platikanov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arévalo Miñaca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mansour Buffon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Ferrer Acha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Kaiet Sobrado in the 95th minute really tested Arne Rusterholz's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Juventus FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Geležinis Vilkas.
