The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Diamantino de Barros the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Independência Futebol protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Diamantino de Barros had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Independência Futebol:s Jakob Heinicke showed great skill when he stopped Wincent Pawlik:s penalty. Toto Arebam struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Hudson Arósio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Independência Futebol. Independência Futebol's Jakob Heinicke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Independência Futebol from getting a goal against them. Eduard Polozov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakob Heinicke having to interfere. If Toto Arebam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
