The supporters of Cañada Juniors booed when RB Chubut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabríel Batistuta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jurand Deput might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonatan Bortzaioriz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jurand Deput ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonatan Bortzaioriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jurand Deput, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abayhan Nedret made a kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Abayhan Nedret cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Robert Vassenius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 61 played minutes RB Chubut got a freekick which was hit by Gabríel Batistuta. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abayhan Nedret in the 62nd minute of play forced RB Chubut's goalkeeper Robert Vassenius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Abayhan Nedret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Vassenius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 66 minutes RB Chubut's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vladimiro Bernabel who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Jan Malysz managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Cañada Juniors made a substitution. Bonifacio Bartolome replaced Jan Malysz. When RB Chubut's Isaac Mingo in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Abayhan Nedret hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Isaac Mingo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonatan Bortzaioriz. That made the score 3-2 in the 94 minute of play.
