Edmund Lenertej showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikolaj Lech, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, Nightmare's Tang Han got a free kick in the 35th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Nightmare's goal looked a bit too open when Mikolaj Lech came free, but Edmund Lenertej reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geoff Turner was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 42 minutes into the match. Nightmare's Marco Benitez got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute Mao Hong Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Lenertej saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moisés Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Benitez in the 70th minute of play.
