After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Ponciano Abarca managed to get in a good position for a shot. River CBBA's supporters rose to their feet, but Ponciano Abarca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 苏宇沙 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th match minute, River CBBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Argoitz Abeijon to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 66 minutes, Argoitz Abeijon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. River CBBA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Argoitz Abeijon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. River CBBA's Pablo Solari got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. River CBBA's Varis Birgelis was substituted for Ignacio Scocco. River CBBA made a substitution. Gilabert Bradi replaced Matías Almeida. The audience was convinced that Juan Funes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 苏宇沙 was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Juan Funes might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 苏宇沙. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan Funes ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 89th minute, Juan Funes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The River CBBA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10.
