Neymar Da Silva took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudio Normando. Claudio Normando dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Várdomb's goal looked a bit too open when Tolek Wojno came free, but Marciano Marino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olaf Wieczorek in the 24th minute of play forced Saint Etienne FC's goalkeeper Claudio Normando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Neymar Da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Normando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saint Etienne FC's Claudio Normando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pape Lillo in the 35th minute of play. Claudio Normando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olaf Wieczorek in the 36th minute of the match. Marciano Marino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximino Errapel in the 40th minute. After 40 played minutes Saint Etienne FC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Gigliotti. 42 minutes into the match, Saint Etienne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olaf Wieczorek came free, but Claudio Normando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Saint Etienne FC's Juan Enekoitz got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

The wind increased when Tolek Wojno made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Várdomb booed when Saint Etienne FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Enekoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Várdomb's Olaf Wieczorek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudio Normando narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Várdomb's goalkeeper Marciano Marino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolek Wojno in the 73rd minute of play forced Várdomb's goalkeeper Marciano Marino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Balázs Szakál got free with Claudio Normando in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 84th minute, Neymar Da Silva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Várdomb fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Saint Etienne FC made a substitution. Flavio Valery replaced Angelo Enaut. Olaf Wieczorek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Claudio Normando made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Neymar Da Silva took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Claudio Normando to make any attempt to save it. Várdomb made a substitution.
