Spectators: 7394 (Terracing: 5621, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 50) Saint Etienne FC's Serafino Mambru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evert Dahlqvist in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Saint Etienne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gürkan Gurka came free, but Serafino Mambru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th match minute, Saint Etienne FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Ebardo to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th match minute, AIK FOTBOLL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olov Deckberg to maneuver through the defense. AIK FOTBOLL's Viggo Harlén couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Saint Etienne FC. Elof Hedin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serafino Mambru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After 18 minutes Saint Etienne FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Viggo Harlén who took care of the corner kick. AIK FOTBOLL's Viggo Harlén was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Serafino Mambru in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Stig-Arne Skålberg struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Serafino Mambru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AIK FOTBOLL. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zeledon Mattin during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of AIK FOTBOLL booed when Saint Etienne FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Mattin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The AIK FOTBOLL fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when AIK FOTBOLL's Elof Hedin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Elof Hedin might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serafino Mambru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elof Hedin ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elof Hedin in the 35th minute of play forced Saint Etienne FC's goalkeeper Serafino Mambru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Elof Hedin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafino Mambru. Saint Etienne FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elof Hedin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When AIK FOTBOLL's Evert Dahlqvist in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 52nd minute, Elof Hedin made a precise shot to the right of Serafino Mambru. Saint Etienne FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Arne Kilström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Aurre, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute, Zeledon Aurre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serafino Mambru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elof Hedin in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute, Maximilian Åström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AIK FOTBOLL made a substitution. Fredrik Axelsson replaced Elof Hedin. Saint Etienne FC's Fabricio Ebardo got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Fredrik Axelsson fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Serafino Mambru, passed just outside the right post. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Serafino Mambru successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 72nd play minute Fredrik Axelsson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Serafino Mambru. 0-4. Serafino Mambru was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Fredrik Axelsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fredrik Axelsson really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fredrik Axelsson in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafino Mambru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 86 minutes into the match, AIK FOTBOLL's Fredrik Axelsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serafino Mambru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Serafino Mambru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fredrik Axelsson in the 88th minute. Saint Etienne FC's Zeledon Mattin got his second yellow card of the match in the 89th minute. The referee ordered Zeledon Mattin off the ground. Zeledon Mattin kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as AIK FOTBOLL's Fredrik Axelsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Serafino Mambru. That made the score 0-6 after 91 minutes of play. Olov Deckberg charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olov Deckberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
