Santo Tohias came out and tried to block the shot, but Manfredo Travassos slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute, José Augusto de Andrade got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santo Tohias was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Manfredo Travassos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Manfredo Travassos really showed his touch with that goal: 6-0. In the 28th minute, Manfredo Travassos made a precise shot to the right of Santo Tohias. With an all-out effort, Belo Academy's Santo Tohias threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Manfredo Travassos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Belo Academy booed when Profecías de Parravicini was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Sustrai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardinho Leão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Belo Academy fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Belo Academy's Manfredo Travassos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Santo Tohias was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Manfredo Travassos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Manfredo Travassos really showed his touch with that goal: 10-0. After a rather tough play, Belo Academy's Manfredo Travassos got a free kick in the 45th minute.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Desiderio Servando was the one to do the kick off. Santo Tohias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardinho Leão in the 52nd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Belo Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Estebano came free, but Luís Eduardo Mazza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Luizão Dinamite was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belo Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Profecías de Parravicini the free kick. In the 56th match minute, Belo Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luizão Dinamite to maneuver through the defense. Santo Tohias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfredo Travassos in the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Bernardinho Leão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santo Tohias was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. If Luizão Dinamite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luizão Dinamite recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Manfredo Travassos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santo Tohias was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Santo Tohias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardinho Leão in the 75th minute of the match. Yuri Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Belo Academy's Manfredo Travassos got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardinho Leão might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santo Tohias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardinho Leão ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enrique Gumaro during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Profecías de Parravicini getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Enrique Gumaro hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Profecías de Parravicini defense, Manfredo Travassos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santo Tohias. The Profecías de Parravicini fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santo Tohias should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfredo Travassos in the 89th minute of play forced Profecías de Parravicini's goalkeeper Santo Tohias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santo Tohias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaltino Dantas in the 90th minute of the match. Yuri Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Tohias having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, Luizão Dinamite cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 15-0. Santo Tohias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
