To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 11 minutes into the match, BlueLionesse's goalkeeper Jonas Hermansson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bastiaan Teurfs. Jonas Hermansson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Birjaio in the 14th minute. Jonas Hermansson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Raimundo Birjaio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. After 23 played minutes FC SAUE KINGS got a freekick which was hit by Bastiaan Teurfs. Lance Baker kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Ailar Luuse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amedeo Melis, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raimundo Birjaio in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonas Hermansson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ailar Luuse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Huang Shu in the 39th minute of the match. BlueLionesse's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Claudiu Mârza in the 40th minute. The corner led BlueLionesse's Claudiu Mârza to fire away a dangerous shot which Ailar Luuse despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raimundo Birjaio was the one to do the kick off. BlueLionesse's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC SAUE KINGS the free kick. A nice corner shot did that Toni Herrero got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonas Hermansson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. BlueLionesse's Jonas Hermansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bastiaan Teurfs in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute Maksymilian Werra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Hermansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Amedeo Melis came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the BlueLionesse fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amedeo Melis couldn't finish the play. If Raimundo Birjaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC SAUE KINGS fully deserved thier win.
