Paulo Rosio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhuang Hai Xu in the 3rd minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Luís Hernandez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silverio Gonsalve made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Robert Söderlund fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DESTROY's protests and gave Robert Söderlund a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th minute, Robert Söderlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Ciro Ostadar couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 12th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for DESTROY. Luís Hernandez might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silverio Gonsalve. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luís Hernandez ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 20th minute Luís Hernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Gonsalve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Hernandez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silverio Gonsalve having to make a save. 21 minutes into the match, DESTROY's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Hernandez came free, but Silverio Gonsalve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, DESTROY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Orlandus to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Luís Hernandez notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of DESTROY's Silverio Gonsalve. Silverio Gonsalve was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Hernandez in the 26th minute of play forced DESTROY's goalkeeper Silverio Gonsalve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Paulo Rosio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhuang Hai Xu in the 30th minute of play. After 32 played minutes DESTROY got a freekick which was hit by Robert Söderlund. If Luís Hernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute Zhuang Hai Xu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Rosio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zhuang Hai Xu to make the kick off. 邱朋桑 was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. After 53 played minutes DESTROY got a freekick which was hit by 邱朋桑. When Ciro Ostadar came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Atletas Campesinos F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Ostadar couldn't finish the play. Silverio Gonsalve made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Luís Hernandez sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Hernandez in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silverio Gonsalve prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Santos Borre scored 1-2 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo Rosio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Silverio Gonsalve was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luís Hernandez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 79 minute of play. Luís Hernandez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silverio Gonsalve read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Luís Hernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Hernandez got free with Silverio Gonsalve in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the match, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Luís Hernandez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silverio Gonsalve narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Silverio Gonsalve showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Hernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Brennan Johnson kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The Atletas Campesinos F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
