Sverker Lindgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ariel Lihach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Gaviotas FC fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Gaviotas FC's Ariel Lihach looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Valter Olofsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sverker Lindgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Lihach in the 14th minute of the match. Sverker Lindgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Patxi in the 16th minute of play. Geronimo Berenguer had several of the Gudhem's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inocencio Patxi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 7-0 in the 35th playminute. In the 39th minute Ariel Lihach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sverker Lindgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sverker Lindgren made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Ariel Lihach sent off a good shot on target. Sverker Lindgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Inocencio Patxi in the 41st minute. Ermegildo Benitez hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Samuel Sundberg kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Ariel Lihach recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sverker Lindgren. Ariel Lihach showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 8-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ariel Lihach made a kick off. 60 minutes into the game, Inocencio Patxi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Sverker Lindgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gaviotas FC's Mariano Madaleno was substituted for Armando Azubeli. In the 64th minute, Geronimo Berenguer made a precise shot to the right of Sverker Lindgren. Gudhem's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. Gaviotas FC made a substitution. Enzo Julian replaced Eleuterio Nardo. Gaviotas FC made a substitution. Arnoldo Pueblo replaced Geronimo Berenguer. Sverker Lindgren came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Gaviotas FC's Ariel Lihach. But to his dismay, Ariel Lihach quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. Sverker Lindgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Lihach in the 76th minute of the match. Sverker Lindgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ariel Lihach's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Sverker Lindgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Julian in the 78th minute of play. After some careless play in the Gudhem defense, Ariel Lihach kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sverker Lindgren. The Gudhem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sverker Lindgren should have stopped the shot. 83 minutes into the match, Arnoldo Pueblo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sverker Lindgren. Gudhem's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnoldo Pueblo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 15-0. Sverker Lindgren came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Gaviotas FC's Enzo Julian. But to his dismay, Enzo Julian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 16-0. Gudhem's Sverker Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Julian in the 90th minute of play. Sverker Lindgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Patxi in the 91st minute of play. Sverker Lindgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Julian in the 93rd minute of play. Sverker Lindgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ariel Lihach, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the game, Gaviotas FC's Ariel Lihach nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sverker Lindgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 17-0. Gaviotas FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
