Spectators: 7483 (Terracing: 5614, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Yetkiner Yasun started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, FC Lutanu's goal looked a bit too open when Ceferino Monte came free, but Irinel Soneriu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Patay Juniors's Cayetano Francho got control of the ball when Yetkiner Yasun tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Lutanu's Irinel Soneriu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Petri in the 8th minute of play. The Patay Juniors fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Patay Juniors's Prospero Petri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 14 played minutes Patay Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Ledesma. After 16 played minutes Patay Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Astigar. When Ilie Cazacu came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the FC Lutanu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ilie Cazacu couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Monte in the 19th minute of play forced FC Lutanu's goalkeeper Irinel Soneriu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Patay Juniors were awarded a corner. Prospero Petri went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Prospero Petri got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Irinel Soneriu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Irinel Soneriu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Monte, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Lutanu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Prospero Petri was slow to take the kick. During this time Patay Juniors's players had a chance to rest. In the 25th minute Edgard Ledesma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irinel Soneriu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Irinel Soneriu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Monte, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After having played for 28 minutes, Yetkiner Yasun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Lutanu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yetkiner Yasun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Lutanu's Irinel Soneriu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cedric Ceballos in the 30th minute of play. Irinel Soneriu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Ledesma, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Yetkiner Yasuns short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Cayetano Francho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Patay Juniors's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ilie Cazacu was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Lutanu's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Yetkiner Yasun heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 40thth minute of the game Yetkiner Yasun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Patay Juniors's Cayetano Francho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 46th minute, Emilian Brădescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The FC Lutanu players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Patay Juniors were winning 0-1.

Prospero Petri did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Irinel Soneriu 53 minutes into the match. After 60 played minutes Patay Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Astigar. Cayetano Francho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilie Cazacu, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The supporters of FC Lutanu booed when Patay Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Cai didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Patay Juniors's Leandro Astigar got a free kick in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octav Romaşcanu in the 80th minute of play forced Patay Juniors's goalkeeper Cayetano Francho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Patay Juniors getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Leandro Astigar hit a great ball. Irinel Soneriu came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Patay Juniors's Ceferino Monte. But to his dismay, Ceferino Monte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 95 minutes into the game, Patay Juniors's Ceferino Monte nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Irinel Soneriu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4.
