The Pink Floyd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernando Gartxot should have stopped the shot. Bruno Salles might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Gartxot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruno Salles ran back to his position shaking his head. The Sagarana Clube fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Sagarana Clube's Éder Madureira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 13 minutes, Éder Madureira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sagarana Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Éder Madureira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute Benê Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Gartxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Éder Madureira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Fernando Gartxot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Éder Madureira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 23 minutes into the match, Bruno Salles had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernando Gartxot. Pink Floyd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Salles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After 28 minutes of play, Sagarana Clube's Yu Yang Sang made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernando Gartxot was left in no man's land by his defense there! 31 minutes into the match, Benê Hoffmann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernando Gartxot. Pink Floyd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benê Hoffmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Salles in the 37th minute of play forced Pink Floyd's goalkeeper Fernando Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Éder Madureira scored 0-10 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Gartxot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Éder Madureira took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernando Gartxot. Fernando Gartxot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. Cirilo Tebaldo charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cirilo Tebaldo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cirilo Tebaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-11 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Lamberto to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Beto Heidemann reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fernando Gartxot. The goal made the score 0-12. In the 57th minute, Yu Yang Sang made a precise shot to the right of Fernando Gartxot. Pink Floyd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-13. Benedito Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristobal Lizer, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Éder Madureira scored 0-15 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Gartxot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fernando Gartxot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the match, Sagarana Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Tebaldo came free, but Benedito Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Éder Madureira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fernando Gartxot, 0-18. Sagarana Clube's Fabrício de Alcântara was substituted for Zé Roberto da Costa. Pink Floyd's Fernando Gartxot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Pink Floyd from getting a goal against them. Yu Yang Sang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Fernando Gartxot made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Sagarana Clube's Fernando Gartxot threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bruno Salles, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Éder Madureira took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernando Gartxot. Fernando Gartxot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-19. An unexpectedly hard shot by Éder Madureira in the 92nd minute of play forced Pink Floyd's goalkeeper Fernando Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Yan Moreno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernando Gartxot was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-20. If Bruno Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Pink Floyd's Fernando Gartxot got control of the ball when Yu Yang Sang tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sagarana Clube played a much better game than Pink Floyd and deserved their victory. The Pink Floyd players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
