Spectators: 7481 (Terracing: 5612, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rafael Lamberto took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ceferino Monte blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernando Gartxot having to make a save. After 6 minutes of play, Patay Juniors's Ceferino Monte made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernando Gartxot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fernando Gartxot came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Patay Juniors's Ceferino Monte. But to his dismay, Ceferino Monte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Rafael Lamberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Cayetano Francho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Monte in the 17th minute of play forced Pink Floyd's goalkeeper Fernando Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Pink Floyd defense, Edgard Ledesma kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernando Gartxot. The Pink Floyd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernando Gartxot should have stopped the shot. Pink Floyd's Fernando Gartxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Astigar in the 26th minute of play. If Ceferino Monte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prospero Petri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Gartxot having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Leo Chesus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernando Gartxot. Pink Floyd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leo Chesus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 40th minute Justino Pinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Gartxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Gartxot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Petri in the 42nd minute of the match. Fernando Gartxot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prospero Petri's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Fernando Gartxot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Monte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The wind increased when Prospero Petri made the kick off in the second half. Fernando Gartxot came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Patay Juniors's Ceferino Monte. But to his dismay, Ceferino Monte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. In the 62nd minute, Prospero Petri made a precise shot to the right of Fernando Gartxot. Pink Floyd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. The crowd rose to their feet as Leandro Astigar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fernando Gartxot. That made the score 0-11 in the 67 minute of play. In the last second Fernando Gartxot throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ceferino Monte in the 71stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Fernando Gartxot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceferino Monte in the 73rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prospero Petri got free with Fernando Gartxot in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes into the match, Prospero Petri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernando Gartxot. Pink Floyd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prospero Petri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. 80 minutes into the game, Patay Juniors's Ceferino Monte nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernando Gartxot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-13. After a defensive mix-up in Pink Floyd's zone, Prospero Petri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Gartxot came out of the goal and Prospero Petri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patay Juniors's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
