Franco Epifani charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

After 76 played minutes, Burnley FC's Alemdar Baykut shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ball Hold came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Burnley FC reached it. Burnley FC's Arif Oğuz Cantürk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Cristos in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute Hipolito Cristos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Oğuz Cantürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hipolito Cristos took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arif Oğuz Cantürk. Arif Oğuz Cantürk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. Arif Oğuz Cantürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Cristos in the 85th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Burnley FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Cristos came free, but Arif Oğuz Cantürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pegale De Puntín fully deserved thier win.
