In the 11thth minute of the game Ryszard Borcz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stal Sanok's Sune Rudberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th minute Cui Liang Xiong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysmael Marfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Cui Liang Xiong came free, but Ysmael Marfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Cui Liang Xiong's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ysmael Marfil was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. In the 23rd minute, Nicu Nicuşor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ysmael Marfil was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Stal Sanok's Cihat Cevval in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DINAMO's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Stal Sanok's Nicu Nicuşor got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Cui Liang Xiong's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ysmael Marfil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Cihat Cevval came free, but Ysmael Marfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ryszard Borcz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 51 in the game by Cihat Cevval from a close distance when the talented Ysmael Marfil managed to make a qualified save. DINAMO's players were relieved. Ysmael Marfil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dragoş Antoniu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sune Rudberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duro Miner, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Ari Hakanpää who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Ysmael Marfil when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 58 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goalkeeper Ysmael Marfil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ari Hakanpää. 59 minutes into the match, Ryszard Borcz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sune Rudberg. Stal Sanok's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ryszard Borcz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Sune Rudberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Borcz in the 66th minute of play. After 68 played minutes Stal Sanok got a freekick which was hit by Cui Liang Xiong. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cihat Cevval got free with Ysmael Marfil in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ysmael Marfil came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Stal Sanok's Cui Liang Xiong. But to his dismay, Cui Liang Xiong quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Ysmael Marfil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cui Liang Xiong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dragoş Antoniu in the 85th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Ysmael Marfil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 played minutes Stal Sanok got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Filanowski. DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save DINAMO from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil got control of the ball when Cihat Cevval tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cihat Cevval could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Ysmael Marfil made a huge save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Stal Sanok had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
