Giovanni Lenhardt was slow to take the kick. During this time RIVER's players had a chance to rest. RIVER's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Giovanni Lenhardt in the 19th minute. The corner led RIVER's Giovanni Lenhardt to fire away a dangerous shot which Arvid Jansson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eric Târban scored 2-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arvid Jansson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcial Lordi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Hultin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute Stefan Hultin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Lordi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Eric Târban managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RIVER's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eric Târban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eric Târban received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arvid Jansson came out and tried to block the shot, but Eric Târban slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 35th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joachim Hägglund to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niki Lauda in the 53rd minute of play forced Trixande Fåglar BK's goalkeeper Arvid Jansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eric Târban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arvid Jansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, RIVER's Niki Lauda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arvid Jansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Marcial Lordi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 65 minutes into the game, RIVER's Tobias Belmiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arvid Jansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Pipo Benedetto took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arvid Jansson. Arvid Jansson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. If Niki Lauda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcial Lordi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joachim Hägglund's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Joachim Hägglund put it in 8-1 from a short distance just to the right of Marcial Lordi. Arvid Jansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niki Lauda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arvid Jansson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niki Lauda went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-1 was the resulting score. RIVER made a substitution. Wu Li Zhi replaced Niki Lauda. After 89 minutes of play, RIVER's Pipo Benedetto made it 10-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arvid Jansson was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. RIVER had played much better football throughout.
